Our subscription provides ongoing strategic design support from an ex-FAANG product design lead for a flat, monthly fee. It’s like having an in-house product designer, but more flexible. Whether you need a web app, mobile app, or website, we’ll help you crystalize your vision and bring it to life. Although we tailor our approach to each client, common deliverables include: product strategy, roadmapping and feature ideation, information architecture diagrams, UX audits, journey maps, user flows, web app designs, mobile app designs, website designs, landing page designs, and experimentation plans. We also offer add-on services — including branding, website development, and hosting — for an additional cost. However, We don’t provide 3D modeling, animation, motion design, or print design. So if you’re only looking for graphic design, Frilled may not be right for you.

Hiring an ex-FAANG product design lead means you’re not just getting blind visual design — you’re getting design based on a deep understanding of product-market fit, systems thinking, experimentation, and working at scale. It’s a highly-specialized skillset that blends design, product management, and data science, which is not something you’ll get with your average designer.

When you hire a full-time designer, you’re stuck paying even when you don’t have enough work to keep them busy. With a monthly subscription, you can pause payment while engineering executes, and restart when you need more work — so you’re only paying when you need it.

After a call, if we’re a good fit, we’ll send you a Stripe subscription link. Upon subscribing, we’ll send you an intake form, add you to your dedicated Notion and Figma projects, and get started on the next business day.

On average, you’ll receive new deliverables every 2 business days.

Sometimes you don’t have enough design needs to fill a whole month — which is why we offer the ability to pause your subscription. Billing cycles are on a monthly basis, so if you pause after half a month, you’ll still have the other half left over to be used at any time over the next year.

If you’d like to pause, just send us an email and we’ll pause your payments until you’re ready to start again. If you’d like to cancel, you can do so at any time through the Stripe customer portal.

No worries — we offer unlimited revisions, are are happy to keep revising designs until you’re completely satisfied. Iteration is a normal and expected part of the design process.

Subscriptions are offered on a monthly and quarterly basis. If you have less than a month of design work, you can sign up for a monthly subscription, then pause and use the rest of your month anytime in the next year.

Due to the time-intensive nature of the work, refunds are unavailable for change-of-mind after work has begun. However, we do our best to only take on clients who we’re confident we can help. If you’re unsure about Frilled, book a call and let’s see if we’re a good fit.
