What do you evaluate?
We conduct a comprehensive heuristic evaluation of key user flows, examining status visibility, consistency with user expectations, user control and freedom, consistency, error prevention, recognition, efficiency, aesthetics, error recognition, error recovery, support, and documentation. Each issue is documented with screenshots, severity ratings (P0-P2), and specific recommendations for improvement.
Should I fix everything you identify?
Not necessarily. Our prioritization helps you focus on changes that will move the needle. P0 issues are critical blockers, P1 issues significantly impact user experience, and P2 issues are nice-to-haves. Most teams see dramatic improvements just by addressing P0 and P1 items.
